Production Notes
The juice was kept in contact with the skins of dijon clones 113,114, and 115 for 20 hours.

This variety of wine pairs deliciously with thyme-roasted chicken, Gouda cheese, salmon, and salads. You also won't go wrong with chicken tacos or wraps, asparagus, and creamy Italian pasta.
