Gewürztraminer pairs well with rich-fowl dishes like turkey, duck, or Foie Gras, along with egg dishes like quiche and omelets. It also goes well with German dishes like pork chops, roasted ham, sausages loaded with sauerkraut, and wiener schnitzel.

I love so many of Aurora's wines--but the Gewurztraminer is truly the best. I stock up every time I order or come by the tasting room. It's the perfect wine for everything! It can't be matched--and I have tried a lot of Gewurz!

Like the fruity flavor, definitely one of our favorites. Not too sweet.
