This is absolutely my new favorite Riesling. It’s dry without being too dry, and sweet without being too sweet. While I was at Aurora Cellars i did a flight the first day and left afterwards to continue the wine trail, but went back a few days later and ended up signing up to be a wine club member because there was not even one other single wine that I liked as much as the dry Riesling. I was there in late August/ early September so I was able to just pick up the case in person which made it nice since I live in Indiana. I highly highly recommend at least trying this one!
