			Black fruit and fresh herbs mix to form this velvety Cabernet Franc. Roasted pork, lamb or meatballs in a tomato sauce pair beautifully with this Cab Franc.
2021 Growing season had consistently warm temperatures and slightly drier than normal conditions leading to consistently high quality red grapes.
Aging: 19 months in French Oak. 20% first use Burgundian barrels. Bottled in 2023 and maturing in a climate controlled environment.
