Winemaker's Notes: The long drawn out season wit a late heat wave made for a wealth of aromatic development in 2017. These conditions are perfect for Riesling complexity and devolment. The wine was fermented slowly at cooler temperatures and haulted to retain natural residual sugars and keep the alcohol low. Producing a wine this way allows you to enjoy expressive fruits when ever the moment strikes you.
