Fermented and aged in new French Oak barrels for eight months, this high quality Chardonnay has a wonderful balance of fruit, oak, and a buttery mouth-feel. Pairing suggestions include grilled salmon, roasted chicken, lobster, and creamy pastas.
Winemaker's Notes: 2017 took its time coming around, then kicked into high gear the last week of September to give us flavor and aromatic development while retaining acidity. This wine still retains bright Chardonnay fruit characterized by a melody of Macintosh apple and honeydew melon,. Yet it hasnt lost its crisp acidity on the palate while being laced with the creamy texture of aging in barrels for 10 months
